Veteran Lunch

Mercer County veterans are invited to the Mercer County Public Library Veterans Day Luncheon. The speaker for the program will be Bob Williams, a veteran of the United States Air Force. He served in the USAF for 8 years, before suffering a severe injury during a parachute landing as a crew member of a C-130. Bob, his wife, and two children have lived in Harrodsburg for more than 25 years, where he now serves as mayor. The meal is provided courtesy of Mercer County Cooperative Extension.
