Veteran Lunch
Mercer County veterans are invited to the Mercer County Public Library Veterans Day Luncheon. The speaker for the program will be Bob Williams, a veteran of the United States Air Force. He served in the USAF for 8 years, before suffering a severe injury during a parachute landing as a crew member of a C-130. Bob, his wife, and two children have lived in Harrodsburg for more than 25 years, where he now serves as mayor. The meal is provided courtesy of Mercer County Cooperative Extension. Register online, by phone, or in person at the library by November 4.
